Custom extrusion is our core OEM/ODM service. Send a DWG, PDF, sketch or a physical sample and our R&D center converts it into a die design, simulates metal flow, machines and nitrides the die, then presses trial profiles for your approval before bulk production.
Dies belong exclusively to the customer: the section is never sold to a third party. Colour, film thickness, packing and labelling can all be adapted to your brand.
