Production

From Aluminum Billet To Packed Container

Eight controlled production stages run inside our own plant, so quality, colour and delivery are never outsourced.

Workflow

The Extrusion Process Step By Step

Each stage is documented, inspected and recorded so any batch can be traced back to its melt.

01

Billet & Casting

High purity primary aluminum ingots are melted, refined and cast into homogenized billets, with alloy composition verified by spectrometer before extrusion.

02

Die Design & Mold Opening

The R&D center converts your cross-section drawing into a die design, simulates metal flow, then machines and nitrides the die for exclusive production.

03

Automatic Extrusion

Eight fully automated extrusion lines in Kaifeng — plus three lines each in the Hotan and Shaanxi plants — press profiles under controlled temperature and speed.

04

Stretching & Aging

Profiles are stretched straight, cut to length and artificially aged in ovens to reach T5 / T6 mechanical properties.

05

Surface Treatment

Complete in-house lines for anodizing, electrophoresis, powder crystal coating, wood grain transfer and fluorocarbon spraying.

06

Thermal Break Processing

PA66 GF25 insulating strips are inserted and rolled into the profile chambers, then pull-tested for shear and tensile strength.

07

Deep Processing

CNC cutting, drilling, milling, tapping, bending and assembly turn profiles into finished parts and complete door and window sets.

08

Inspection & Packing

The independent laboratory checks dimension, coating thickness, adhesion, hardness and mechanical performance before foam-wrap packing and container loading.

Surface Treatment

Six In-House Finishing Lines

Anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, wood grain transfer, PVDF spraying and mechanical texturing.

Anodizing

Film 10 – 25 μm

Oxide film in silver, champagne, black and bronze — corrosion resistant with a clean metallic look.

Electrophoresis

Composite film ≥ 21 μm

Acrylic resin coating over the oxide layer for a smooth, high-gloss and weather resistant surface.

Powder Coating

Film 60 – 120 μm

Electrostatic polyester powder in any RAL colour with excellent chalking and impact resistance.

Wood Grain Transfer

Film ≥ 60 μm

Heat transfer printing over powder base, reproducing timber texture with a fire-safe aluminum body.

Fluorocarbon (PVDF)

Film ≥ 40 μm

Three or four coat PVDF for curtain wall and coastal projects with long-term colour retention.

Sand Blasting / Brushing

Custom Ra value

Matte or hairline mechanical texture, often combined with anodizing for premium interior products.

Quality Control

Eight Inspection Gates Before Shipment

Our independent laboratory tests every batch against national and international standards.

  • Alloy composition — spectrometer analysis of every melt
  • Dimension and wall thickness — micrometer and profile projector
  • Coating thickness — eddy current and magnetic gauges
  • Adhesion — cross-cut and boiling water tests
  • Mechanical properties — tensile, yield and Webster hardness
  • Thermal break strips — shear and tensile pull-out testing
  • Weathering — salt spray and accelerated ageing
  • Packing — film wrap, kraft paper, foam and wooden crate check
