Yes. Send a DWG, PDF or a physical sample. Our R&D center develops the cross-section, opens an exclusive die and produces samples for approval before bulk production. Die cost depends on section size and complexity.

Mainly 6063, 6061 and 6005A in T5 and T6. Other 6000-series alloys are available on request, and each melt is verified with a spectrometer before extrusion.

Anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, powder crystal coating, wood grain transfer, fluorocarbon (PVDF) spraying, sand blasting and brushing — all handled on in-house lines.

Typically 500 kg per section for stock dies and 1 ton per colour for coated profiles. Mixed-specification containers are accepted so you can combine several sections in one shipment.

Stock sections ship in 7 – 15 days. Coated and custom-die orders normally take 20 – 35 days depending on quantity, finish and whether a new die is required.

Protective film, kraft paper or pearl cotton per piece, then bundles strapped and loaded into wooden crates or pallets. Loose loading and container-friendly bundling are both available.

EXW, FOB, CIF and CFR by sea, plus rail freight to Central Asia and truck delivery to neighbouring markets. We also arrange documents and inspection support.

Yes. Short sample lengths of standard sections and finish colour cards can be sent by courier; sample and freight costs are usually refunded against a bulk order.

An independent testing laboratory checks composition, dimension, coating thickness, adhesion, hardness and thermal break pull-out strength according to international metrology and national energy-saving standards.

Yes. We support exclusive die opening, custom surface finishes, private packaging and long-term agency cooperation for distributors and window brands.
